المؤهلات المطلوبة:

شهادة جامعية في إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.

خبرة 2 سنوات على الأقل في مجال خدمة العملاء.

مهارات تواصل ممتازة شفهية وكتابية.

مهارات حاسب آلي ممتازة والمعرفة الجيدة بالبرامج المحسابية 

مهارات حل المشكلات القوية.

مهارات تنظيمية ممتازة.

القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وجزء من فريق.

إتقان اللغة العربية والإنجليزية.
